Kanye West would never ever stop. I think he is a better attention
seeker than his wifey Kim! This time he’s taking it to court.
The rapper, who claims he likes to protect his privacy, is suing YouTube creator Chad Hurley for uploading a smartphone video recording of him proposing to Kim Kardashian... You can watch the video HERE.
It seems Hurley has been trying to find a second success with MixBit, his latest project where he uploads celebrity videos.
Kanye seems quite unhappy that the video was used without permission or
compensation. Another gossip tabloid ValleyWag claimed, the Kardashians were probably hoping to keep all the footage from Kanye and Kim’s “Proposal in the AT&T Park” under wraps until they could make use of it.
According to TMZ, Hurley violated a non-disclosure agreement by
publishing the video, which was immediately the longest and most
detailed look at the lavish ballpark ceremony.
Kanye didn’t seem to mind a few Instagrams, but Hurley’s footage was
more than a snapshots. It captured the entire proposal. The footage has
gotten nearly 1.5 million views since last week.
